The non-profit Cheshire Food Drive, Inc. provides 100% of the funding for the town’s Food Voucher Program, a needs-based program administered through the Cheshire Department of Human Services. This program enables Cheshire residents to purchase their choice of food at the town’s Stop & Shop or Big Y stores with monthly $40 or $60 food vouchers, depending on family size. The town currently distributes more than 700 vouchers each year. Please click the PayPal link below to make a donation.

The Cheshire Food Drive, Inc. has very little overhead. We borrow meeting space for our planning sessions, and the First Congregational Church graciously allows us to use their green for our yearly drive. Even this website design was donated by Quinnipiac University student Brandon Carey. The money we raise goes directly to the Food Voucher Program.
